Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.
Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. However, if you place an order on an Icelandic public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day. The order can take up to 5 business days to arrive at your home address.
Your order will be delivered by DHL if you live outside of Iceland. You will be contacted via email and/or SMS with information on how to order a convenient delivery time for your shipment. If you’re not at home at the delivery time, DHL will send you contact information with further instructions. Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. boxes. You’ll need to sign for your parcel when you receive it unless another option is provided by the courier. If your parcel is delivered to a pick-up point, the courier will keep the parcel for ten calendar days before returning it to us as undelivered.
We will send you an email with a tracking number once we have fulfilled your order. Follow the link to see where your order is. Please contact our customer service if you have not received an email with a tracking number 24 hours after making your order.
Once an order is created, it is processed and sent immediately so that you will get your package as quickly as possible. Therefore we are often not able to cancel an order. Give us a call, and we’ll see what we can do - +354 5571050

RETURN & REFUND

All returns must be registered online before being sent back to us. Use your order number and email address that you used when you placed your order. You will find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you when you placed the order. Please select the products you want to return and tell us the reason for return. Once you have completed the return process, you will receive an email with the return label. Please print out the label, attach it to the package, and take it to the nearest DHL office. You can get more information on our Returns & Exchanges page.
We aim to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We’ll usually process your refund within three days of receiving your parcel. As soon as that’s done, we’ll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After receiving the email, please allow another 5–10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This period depends on which bank or card issuer you have and is unfortunately out of our control. Usually, you will be refunded in the same form of payment you initially used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will immediately contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, contact Customer Service.
We always recommend using our reusable packaging when returning since this is a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution. If you have lost the packaging, feel free to use something else. Ensure the items are packed safely.

PRODUCTS

To keep the highest quality standard possible, we only use the best factories to produce our products. The technical products are produced in China and Vietnam and our cotton is produced in India.
We create products with a timeless design using the best materials we can find. We assemble our products in top factories, and all of them are designed to work for many different outdoor activities. We believe that you should buy fewer products of higher quality and with multifunctional purpose. That way, you will lower the impact on the environment.
We are very sorry that you received a faulty product. When we ship your products, we do our best to ensure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. If you have purchased through our website, you can register your claim online using your order number and email within 30 days. Once we have approved your claim request, we will send you a return label that you can use to return the claimed product to us. Please note that products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If more than 30 days have gone by, please contact our customer service. If you have purchased in our store or other way, please contact our customer service.

SUSTAINABILITY

Yes, many of our fabrics are recycled. You can see under each product whether it is made from recycled fabrics.
All the down we use in our products comes from RDS certified producers.
We only use faux fur in our products.
Yes, all our products are PFC-free.
