SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders, OVER €200. For orders under €200, the shipping cost is €40.
All prices on our website include taxes and fees in your home country (DDP delivery)
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days. Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order on an Icelandic public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day. Please note that all orders placed after 12 pm GMT require an additional working day for processing. This also applies to public holidays.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders outside of Iceland are sent by DHL. You will be contacted via email and/or SMS with information on how to book a convenient delivery time for your shipment. If you’re not at home at the delivery time, DHL will send you contact information with further instructions.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, please contact our customer service.
Please note that orders get processed on working days; our warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays.
